This project envisages construction of 7-storeyed Building consisting of Areas for reception and public waiting, marriage, birth and death registration, notary, ownership registration, Registrar General’s Office, two Additional Registrar General’s Offices, three Assistant Registrar General’s Offices, establishment unit, administration, postal, accounts, statistics, computer unit, internal audit department, government audit and canteen . The total Built-up area is 2,250m2
Description of Services Provided:
- Preparation of Architectural Conceptual, Schematic and detailed drawings.
- Preparation of Structural and Building Services detailed drawings.
- Project Planning and Construction Management.
- Implementation of the Project.
- Construction Supervision, Progress Monitoring and Material Approval.
- Execution of maintenance work during Maintenance Period.
