Description of Project :

This building is located at Narahenpita. This is a tenth storied building and total floor area is 3500 m2.The building has officer’s room, conference hall and etc. The balance work consisting demolishing, plastering, tilling and painting works in all floor levels and construction of car park in ground. Services are Electrical power and lighting installation and fire detection, alarm and protection work, miscellaneous works are Installation of 1No. Passenger lift, 1No. Dump waiter and air craft warning lamp.

Description of Services Provided:

a. Preparation of detailed structural, water supply & drainage, electrical drawings
b. Preparation of tender documents, tender evaluations and award of construction on subcontractor’s works.
c. Project planning and construction management.
d. Carryout maintenance work during maintenance period.
