Description of Project :

In this project National Water Supply & Drainage board is the client. Project is funded by JICA. The project consists, construction of four storied building having floor area of 2120 m2, Installation of Central AC system, passenger lift, and supply of electrical generator, and installation of Network system, fire protection system, Electrical works, Waste water & sewer disposal system etc. In addition provisional works include supply of furniture, supply & installation of public addressing system & CCTV system.
 

Description of Services Provided:

• Project planning and construction management (provided technical details, material purchasing, stores works, etc)
• Supervision of construction work
• Billing work (Sub contractor’s bills, Client’s bill)
• Carryout maintenance work during maintenance period.
