Description of Project :

This project consists with conversion of existing Food Stores building to Economic Center. And also existing other buildings converted to the Toilet Block, Canteen, Bank Building and Police Post. Further more the Fish Stall, Security Hut, Chain Link Fence, Pump House, Road and Parking area are newly constructed. The main building accommodates for 113 Food Stalls. This building is constructed with cement hollow blocks and painted. The roof covers with Zn/Al Roofing sheets on steel trusses and C – Purlins.

Description of Services Provided:

a) Analysis of the structure, design and preparation of detailed structural drawings.
b) Design and preparation of detailed water supply, sewerage and drainage system.
c) Provision of Quantity Surveying services including preparation of BOQ, Specifications, special conditions of contracts and tender documents.
d) Construction supervision, Project Planning, Quality controlling and progress monitoring.
