Description of Project :

The project entailed the refurbishment and conversion of the existing fish market at Pettah to a modern Gold Center facility. The principal civil works were associated with the construction of an Aluminum panel façade. The building services were completely revamped with the erection of a modern electromechanical installation to cater to the needs of the Gold Center.

1. Structural Designs associated with the building (Timber & Concrete)
2. Mechanical Works - ( AC Ventilation, Fire Protection, Lifts and escalators)
3. Electrical Works - ( Transformer.and associated LV Distribution, small power lighting, Telecommunication system, building security)
4. Specifications, BOQ and Contract documentation.
