Description of Project :

The project envisages the construction of a 92mx26m warehouse structure at Anuradhapura to store Paddy, Maize and Soya. The structure comprises a steel portal frame with Zn/Al roof sheeting. The project also included;

• An elevated water tank, water sump and Pumphouse
• Service Buildings
• Generator and Transformer erection

Description of Services Provided:


a) Analysis, design and preparation of detailed structural drawings.
b) Provision of quantity surveying services including preparation of BOQ, specifications, special conditions of contracts and tender documents.
c) Project Management Services.
