Renovation and refurbishment at residence of High Commissioner of Malaysia Work consists of the construction of an 2 storeyed building (part of the House), comprising a Master Bedroom with attached Bathroom and Dressing room, TV Lobby, Pantry (in First and Ground Floor), Kitchen, Driver’s room with attached Bathroom, Servant’s room with attached bathroom, Store and Balcony.etc., with a total gross floor area of 227 m2 (First floor- 91m2& Ground floor- 137m2). Refurbishment of other part of the House, comprising a Living area, Dining area, 3 Bed rooms in First floor and one in Ground floor, etc.,

Description of Services Provided:

• Site was completely cleaned according to new arrangement.
• New construction area were demolished and safely disposed away from site.
• Foundation excavation has been done.
