Description of Project :

This project envisages construction of 20-storeyed Building with a total floor area of 28,850 m2 at estimated cost of Rs. 1400 Mn. The substructure of the building consists of single storey basement comprising car parks and superstructure consists of twenty office floors. Building consist of reinforce concrete frame structure with central shear cores supported on pile foundation.
 

Description of Services Provided:

a) Preparation of Architectural Conceptual, Schematic and detailed drawings
b) Preparation of Structural and Building Services detailed drawing
c) Project Planning and Construction Management
d) Implementation of the Project
e) Construction Supervision, Progress Monitoring and Material Approval
(All design works were fully completed and construction was completed up to fifth floor)
