Description of Project :

This project includes construction of new Boy’s Hostel, Girl’s Hostel, and Kitchen & Dinning facility. All three buildings are located in Vocational Training Center Thelambuyaya, 3Km away from the Middeniya-Hungama main road.
Floor areas of girl’s Hostel, Boy’s Hostel, and kitchen & dinning facility are 960 m2, 960m2 and 1200m2 respectively. Further, to theses building CESL was assign to improve the surrounding areas of the buildings as external works. All three buildings are designed as single storey buildings

  Description of Services Provided:

a) a) Preparation of Architectural Conceptual, Schematic and detailed drawings.
b) Preparation of Structural and Building Services detailed drawings.
c) Project Planning and Construction Management.
d) Implementation of the Project.
e) Construction Supervision, Progress Monitoring and Material Approval.
